Longitudinal taping device
The device is designed to isolate cable blanks by the method of the longitudinal taping. This type of device allows to reduce the consumption of hte applied tape.

Device for the longitudinal imposition (taping) of synthetic tapes on the cable. The tape is unwound from tape pads with a given tension and enters the folding device (funnel "snail") through which the cable passes. To strengthen the tape on the cable, it can be wound with one or a pair of threads in the central winding machine before applying the sheath. The longitudinal taping device is not only technologically convenient but also economically advantageous for purchase. Easy installation in the line and lack of energy consumption distinguishes this device from bulky taping machines.
